Drop-ins are welcome but give us a heads up first. Free parking around back, entrance is right next to the loading bay.
We're located in the industrial area off Frontier Way - super easy to find. If you're coming from downtown, take the Main Street exit and hang a left at the second light. There's a big red sign out front, you can't miss it. Parking's free and plentiful, which is a rarity in Vancouver these days.

Here's the deal: we offer free intro sessions where you can check out the space, meet some of our coaches, and see if we're a good fit. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just workout clothes, water bottle, and an open mind. We've got all the equipment you'll need. Athletic shoes are a must - flip flops won't cut it here.
