Back in 2018, I was training out of a garage with some buddies, just trying to stay fit between my warehouse job shifts. We'd throw around kettlebells, do some Olympic lifts on beat-up mats, and push each other harder than any commercial gym ever could. That garage turned into something bigger than I ever imagined.
Fast forward to now - we've got a proper facility here on Frontier Way, but we've kept that same energy. No egos, no judgment, just people showing up ready to work. Some days you're crushing PRs, other days you're just trying to survive the warm-up. That's real fitness, y'know?
I've competed in regional CrossFit comps, coached everyone from teenagers to folks in their 60s, and I've learned that strength isn't just about numbers on a barbell. It's about showing up when you don't feel like it and supporting the person next to you who's going through the same struggle.

Look, we're not gonna promise you'll be shredded in 30 days or hit a 400lb deadlift by next month. That's not how this works. What we will do is meet you where you're at and help you get better - whether that's your first pull-up or your fiftieth muscle-up.
We're here to build a space where functional fitness actually makes sense for real life. Yeah, we do the classic CrossFit workouts - Fran, Murph, all that fun stuff. But we also make sure you can pick up your groceries without tweaking your back or play with your kids without getting winded.
Every class is scalable. Every movement can be modified. We've got members who compete in the Open and members who just wanna feel stronger. Both are killing it in our book.
Consistency beats intensity. Community beats solo grinding. Progress isn't always linear, and that's totally fine. We celebrate the small wins - adding 5lbs to your back squat, shaving 30 seconds off your benchmark WOD, or just showing up on a day when your bed was really comfortable.
We train hard, but we're not trying to break you. Recovery matters. Nutrition matters. Sleep matters. It's all connected, and we'll help you figure out what works for YOUR life, not some cookie-cutter program.

We track what matters - not just weight on the bar, but how you're moving, how you're feeling, and whether you're actually enjoying the process.
We'd rather you lift lighter with perfect form than ego-lift and end up hurt. Our coaches will call you out (nicely) if something looks off.
